It's easy to check on your LineLogic order status or track a package. Simply refer to the email notification(s) from our Customer Service team for all of the details!

Confirmation Email

Immediately after placing your order, you should have received an order Confirmation Email from sales@linelogic.com. This email is sent to let you know that we have received your order. It details what you've ordered, your shipping and billing addresses and the total cost with tax and shipping.

It also includes your Order Number, in the subject line and the body of the email.

If you haven't received a Confirmation Email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. To avoid further issues, just add sales@linelogic.com to your address book!

Shipping Notification Email

As soon as your order is processed, you'll receive an email letting you know your items have shipped. it details your shipping address, ship date, shipping carrier, and tracking number, if available. If your order includes items that ship separately, you will receive an additional shipping notification email when each item ships with a new tracking number, if available.
